Her husband has not paid any alimony since they married two years ago. Ayatollah Muhammad Ja‘far approves Bihjat Khanum's claims and rules against Tahmasb Khan, the husband.

Statement written by Khanum Muhtaram Mahmud-zadah Sabit, landowner and resident of Sarduzak, to the court of Fars against Mashhadi ‘Ali Akbar, farmer and resident of Dihkurah, requesting Mashhadi ‘Ali Akbar to pay what he owes based on a settlement between them over the benefits of half of the land known as Khilak for five hundred rials per year. Mashhadi ‘Ali Akbar hasn't paid the taxes for the last two years and the landowner had to pay them. Mashhadi ‘Ali Akbar has also usurped the other half of the land. On the margin, Mashhadi ‘Ali Akbar denies the statement.
